1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. How long is the delivery time?
We ship within the United States only. Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Do you charge shipping fees or sales tax?
No. We provide free standard shipping on all orders, and no additional sales tax is applied.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
